Frequently Asked Questions

  • ADHD coaching is not therapy or counseling. ADHD coaching is coaching with training specific to ADHD. This allows the coach to understand how ADHD impacts an individual. From the ADHD perspective, a coach can help clients develop tools based on the strengths and abilities of the client.

I help those with unique brain wiring (ADHD, executive function challenges, etc…) understand their brain. I help clients explore their strengths so they can develop tools to be successful and be the person they want to be.

The first session or two may include me getting to know the client and/or family dynamics.
